Monthly bookkeeping starts at $200/month. Custom quotes are provided after our consult and are based off your business complexity and needs.
All recurring services are priced at a flat monthly rate. For project-based work, pricing will be set at the start of the engagement. You’ll never get hit with unexpected hourly fees because I don’t track hours like traditional firms. My pricing is simple and transparent.
My services aren’t one-size-fits-all, because neither are you. Whether you’re just getting started or scaling fast, I offer customized packages that keep your books clean and your budget in mind!

I only use QuickBooks Online. This allows me to be an expert in this one software. I’ll work with you to get you set up, continue your existing subscription or transfer you from another software.

While I do not prepare tax returns, I ensure your financial records are accurate, up-to-date, and ready for your CPA. I’m happy to collaborate with your tax professional to facilitate a smooth and efficient tax preparation process.
I also have expert tax pros in my network if you need connected to one.

I don’t run payroll in-house. However, I can assist with setup and integration of payroll with your chosen provider such as QuickBooks Online, Gusto or ADP.

Yes! I’m based in Mifflintown, PA but I work virtually and can support clients across the U.S. All meetings and document sharing are done securely online.
