My monthly bookkeeping service includes (1) income & expense categorization (2) bank reconciliations and (3) basic financial reports - profit & loss, balance sheet, and cash flow. You’ll also have access to unlimited email support. 

Additional services are available such as invoice and bill (AP/AR) processing, cleanup & catch-up bookkeeping, review calls, and QuickBooks Online set-up and training.

All recurring services are priced at a flat monthly rate.  For project-based work, pricing will be set at the start of the engagement. You’ll never get hit with unexpected hourly fees because I don’t track hours like traditional firms. My pricing is simple and transparent. 

I only use QuickBooks Online. This allows me to be an expert in this one software. I’ll work with you to get you set up, continue your existing subscription or transfer you from another software. 

Yes! If your books are behind or messy, I offer catch-up and cleanup services.

No, I don’t run payroll in-house. However, I can help connect you with trusted payroll providers or work with your existing payroll service to make sure everything runs smoothly.

Yes! I’m based in Mifflintown, PA but I work virtually and can support clients across the U.S. All meetings and document sharing are done securely online.
